- Added the second annual Xmas heist called White Xmas
- Added a new weapon, Chicago Typewriter Submachine Gun, also known as the Tommy Gun along with its weapon mods
- Added four new masks made by heroic community members who defeated Almir in the Mechanical Bull challenge
- Added a legendary mask called “Almir’s Beard”
- Added seven new achievements
- Added additional preplanning for the bank jobs, the Shadowraid job, and day 3 of the Framing Frame job
- Added Vote kicking / Vote restart and other features from the open beta
We’re challenging the community to beat our best score on the White Xmas heist.
The idea is that the community can match us or do better than us.
Record a Youtube-video of you and your crew finishing the White Xmas heist by securing 53 bags or more on the OVERKILL difficulty. Tweet us a link of the Youtube-video along with the name of your crew and the heisters in it! If you do more, good on you.
Tweet us @OVERKILL_TM with the hashtag #WhiteXmas. We’ll send a few select winners a bunch of DLC codes for PAYDAY 2 to share with their crew before the end of the year.
